I stated in the original post I was starting with the Southern schools and again in a second post. Kansas is not a Southern state.

UTSA should be on this list. I don’t care which team you want to throw away, including Texas. I don’t hate this idea, but I don’t really like it either.
But it should be noted that a relegation model could be used with this model. Maybe 7 up top and 7 on the bottom. Bottom moves down, Top moves up.
