1990 - 2025. 35 years

Tennessee and Florida have played every year and now that is over. One of the most hated filled rivalries in the sport gone. It was nice for Tennessee to get the first (1990 score: 45-3) and laugh last (2025 score: 31-11) in blowout fashion but there were too many heartbreaks to count in between. Both programs saw insane highs and insane lows. From Fulmer vs Spurrier to Butch Jones vs Jim McElwain crazy that it’s over. Eat shite gators swamp drained

isn't LSU vs. Alabama going away too?

LSU already lost the game with Auburn every year, which was always a good game

Ridiculous what they’ve done to our sport.

Based on the CFP not rewarding SOS this year, I wish they’d stick with 8 until the committee gets their act together.

No point is losing rivalries and making the conference less competitive in the playoff picture

Yep the Tennessee rivalry was a good one, and will remain when we play, but it does suck that we won't play every year. It is still a big deal when we play Auburn, even though we rarely do. Losing LSU as an annual rival too this season, so only Georgia remains.

How does the SEC or any of its members benefit from going to nine games based on the current selection criteria.

It was a horrible decision by league management and without changes should be walked back.
