1. this gif
2. A good catalog for John Candy movies.
3. Pioneer is probably the first true child of tRant.

Fwiw, I created an account for my son when he was born.

Hopefully, he won't start posting for another 13 years.

I forgot about the Kenosha Kickers.... with Gus Polinski, the polka king of the midwest.

Same director as Uncle Buck, John Hughes (former national lampoons magazine writer, noted sick frick and pervert, became best known for his 80's teen angst movies such as Breakfast Club.)

I watched a documentary on him. During Hughes' days as a writer at national lampoon magazine, he was the one writing all of the sickest most perverted stuff that made the other perverts blush. Everytime they got threatened with censorship, it was because of something Hughes wrote. Most of it was too sick to even get published, even by national lampoon standards.

ETA- it wasn't a documentary on Hughes, it was a documentary on National Lampoons history. I think it was on either Xfinity on demand or Charter on demand if you want to look for it. If you are a fan, it's a good watch, very interesting and insightful, the rise and fall of the organization.

A- its spelled millennials. You butchered the frick out of that one.

B- they don't teach you about John Candy in history class.

Spaceballs.

You've never seen SPACEBALLS.

What are you, 18? Yes man, go watch that one, "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" and Uncle Buck. Seriously, at least those three.

Spaceballs isn't in the top 3 for Candy movies. That movie highlights Mel Brooks more than anything.

1. The Great Outdoors
2. Uncle Buck
3. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

Those are the three quintessential John Candy movies.
