Basketball is brand new, Football just underwent $275mm worth of renovations and baseball just added a state of the art player facility

^^^all of that happened in the last 3 years btw

Private developers used a $130 million grant by Moody Foundation to offset the $400 m price tag. They operate in conjunction with COA & UT.
