Honestly, this whole thing is way overblown.
O mentioned to the media a week ago that he heard from La Tech the ventilation wasn't great. So he brought in his own blowers.
He follows up on this with the media on Monday, probably thinking they might remember him mentioning it on Thursday. I think in O's mind it wasn't a big deal. As he said, it had little to do with all the cramping. It's not like O said "I'm going to follow up with Texas about their unacceptable conditions". All he said was I talked to Tech, they gave me a heads up and I dealt with it.
Then the media and fans turned it into A/C Gate, parsing every word and extrapolating it out into whatever narrative fit their confirmation bias.
Has O even said another word about it? Have I missed where he actually expressed that this really bothered him?

I know this is hard to believe but coaches talk to the media all the time about all kinds of things and there's a ton of things the media doesn't make hay over. This was something he discussed on Thursday last week and nobody thought anything of it.

Orgeron did say something extra. He was asked about how LSU would retaliate next year for no A/C, and the swarthy frick said he was gathering ideas for "a Cajun-style welcome," which means the opposite of being welcoming.

Yeah... nobody requested any of that and you shite weasels are making a far bigger deal out of it than our coach did. He said it was as a non issue. It’s not like he went on a 45 minute tirade about just how shitty your facilities were. He didn’t have to. He already showed the world just how shitty your team was.
