Play the damn games and worry about the playoffs when it comes time. You know what Texas would get with defeating OU in the big12 championship? A 12-1 record, a stupid trophy, and a HUGE monkey off its back.

Theoretically USC Oregon or Washington Ohio State Michigan or Penn state Oklahoma Georgia Florida state That’s 5 potentially

yes 4 undefeated champs will go first

but it only takes one to slip up for Texas to likely have a seat.. maybe i’m wrong, but if we go 12–1 and win the Big 12 and don’t make the playoffs, then we still had a great season.. and we will be the only one to blame for not making it.

the question is. can we get there?

If we do, I like our chances..

Texas Opp (not including Texas game)
Alabama 5-0
Oklahoma 5-0
Kansas 5-0
Wyoming 5-0
Rice + Baylor 5-5

25-5 is pretty damn good..

OU's OC Lebby called one helluva game.

Tip of the cap to Gabriel. He made play after play, running and throwing. I think he made some $ Sat.

It looked like OU was the more physical team. Maybe they wanted it more?

I was kina pulling for UTex just because of SOS and y'all beat us.

Aranda has improved the defense for OU it looks like.

Oklahoma’s defense was flying around and playing with so much fire, it’s almost like they didn’t even need for Aranda to be there.

Definitely possible, but history shows us it very rarely turns out this way. None of those teams are dominant. Georgia probably most likely due to their schedule.

Acho says 14 million watched this game.. we should know on Tue/Wed but that’s a big number for 11 am

Link: Acho breaks down last OU TD
