What a POS program and fans. They don’t belong in the SEC. He should be suspended immediately while these allegations are investigated. He’s literally in jail as I post.

I’m more in favor of the “innocent until proven guilty” part of our justice system, personally.

Lol how many times are you gonna start a thread on this?

Also, I'm genuinely confused as to how any of this is any fan's fault.

Texas has a game tonight. If you really think Chris Beard is going to be on the sidelines for it after spending the previous night in jail, I don't know what to tell you

The precedent was set when Alabama didn’t suspend their player for striking a young lady and there was no consequences for it.

Could have been anything. What if she struck her mom or younger sister?

In Texas, any assault involving hands on the throat automatically carries a 3rd degree felony charge.

Could be bad. Could maybe not be. I’ll wait to be outraged.

Can we get context for some of us that have no clue what you are talking about.

He was arrested for choking his daughter and not letting her leave the house. He also imprisoned her and wouldn’t let her leave.

Texas basketball coach was arrested overnight for 3rd degree felony assault of a family member, involving hands on the throat. No other official details have been released to my knowledge.

An Alabama player in uniform, after the Tennessee game, struck a young lady and it was caught on camera. But Saban refused to suspend the player for even 1 game.

D is a tyrant. He kicked me off the OM board now arguing due process. Not defending beard either because it had to be bad for him to land in jail. Gotta remember just keep your hands to yourself because if you touch someone you’re catching a felony and more than likely an enhancer.

See? This is why you wait half an hour to make bold proclamations.

It wasn’t his daughter.

So you’re completely wrong.

The first 5 words of this are true.

There's literally no other evidence that's been released yet other than a reporter saying the victim was his fiance.

Maybe take a breath for a second and let all the facts come out. This is not a good situation for anybody, so making wild assumptions is not going to help...

If this is incorrect (which it is), do you promise to stop obsessively posting about it?
