LSU fans have gotten in the habit of getting opposing football players phone numbers and mass calling them all week. How do you feel about that?

Is that a health issue I'm unaware of?

This is a standard big12 thing. They don't have the same ticket policies as the SEC.

You didn't get any special or unusual ticket treatment.

Pulled out all the stops and still got their asses whipped. The only thing they didn't do is make sure the headsets weren't working like in Auburn.

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought the point of this thread was a lack of respect for their opponents.

Texas' lack of respect for their opponents.

Yep. That's what it says.

3000 ticket allotment all in the nose bleed, including the band.
Throwing drinks on our football team during the game.
The DBU shirts.
Shooting a cannonball through Joe's Jersey.

These were all listed in the OP. Remind me which of these is a health issue?

TIA.

I stand by my statement. At the bottom of the steps leading to the seating, near the double doors on which the visitor locker room is on the other side, it was cold.

I wanted to catch my breath there but the person guarding the doors would've likely told me to move on.

If it felt that good outside the doors, then it must've been polar cool on the other side.

It's a douchey thing for fans to do. I'd hope that these were teenaged students. If any LSU employees were involved in the most peripheral way they should be fired on the spot.

As an LSU fan, I don't really have a problem with any of these except for the no A/C.

Yeah. The rest of it is petty...the A/C is bad. They should probably put in some minimum standards for Visiting locker rooms for everybody. When programs are spending millions on their own locker rooms and facilities, they can put a little extra into the visitors locker rooms.

Are you dense or just bad at trolling? The issue most have is with the lack of ac in a locker room on a 100 degree day.

The rest is what it is, but the ac thing is really unacceptable.

I actually don't know who gave the students the numbers, or how they got them.

It's been going on for years, though. When LSU played Georgia several years ago they did it to Knowshon Moreno (I think it was)

My cousin is a huge LSU fan (got her degree and Masters there) and she used to laugh about doing that years ago. Like 20 or so years ago.

No trolling at all. Just pointing out that LSU fans do similar things that the OP is upset about with Texas.

Then maybe you are dense, because apparently you were not the one I was directing it at. I was directing it at the OP which plainly states all of the other issues, too.

I agree. I have no problem with LSU complaining about no A/C. It's the other nitpicky stuff the OP is complaining about that seems rather petty.

I assume you agree with me?

I always thought that the LSU fans were a tough bunch, but have seen a whole lot of belly aching about all of this.. After a victory.. Let me ask you.. How does LSU treat Alabama and other rivals? Roll out the red carpet, make sure to show no disrespect. Man yall are the SEC and this is a weak look. A lot of posts about this. I gave LSU a lot of respect for the victory, but this is a weird reaction afterwards.

Screw you and your bitch program. No ac in the locker room in that weather is dangerous and irresponsible. Go ahead and make the visiting team uncomfortable - that’s expected. Jeopardizing student athletes in extreme heat is repulsive. Then you baby back bitches complained about those players cramping - or maybe overheating?

This bush league crap is why Texas is a bush league program with low rent fans.

Did A&M ever do this in the late-80's/early-90's when LSU was the season opener?

I remember the on-field temperature at Kyle often approaching 110-120 degrees because of the astroturf.

Ive never heard of a program located in this kind of high heat environment doing that to visiting fans. If aTm did it, screw them, too.

I'm pretty sure A&M (Coach Slocum being a Louisiana native) did NOT do that. I was just asking.
