It sure is, Dont want another strong or shaka type who can't compete at a big university, or arrogant arse like Herman (even though Sark is arrogrant you can't treat staff the way Herman did).

You are hilarious if you think Texas fires a coach with back go back playoff appearances. If Elko made 2 in a row then starred off like this would you want him gone?

You will be calling for Sark's head in a matter of weeks my friend.

I'm telling you I wont and we shouldn't. Can't be so reactive week to week. Also if you want him fired who else will come to Texas? Unnecessary pressure and everyone has money, plus coaches are a crapshoot you never know if they will pan out.

Sark is our guy

You are still in stable and level-headed mode I see.

Drubbings at the feet of OU and Aggie have a way of tamping down your risk aversion proclivity. Especially when you finally run out of explanations.

Except for one.

“away game in Dallas” vs OU, @Kentucky and @MS State in a 4 week span…? UTrans could easily lose all 4.

These two really need to man up and play home/home. This isn’t a gravel parking lot brawl.

No way.

At most this season, people will be turning up the heat for him to hire an Offensive Coordinator which he should have probably done already. The redzone playcalling has been absolutely abysmal for a while. He needs a good OC to bounce ideals off of and help with coaching up the QBs.

Maybe an OC and Oline Coach. The Oline is terrible.

I don't understand Sark's thinking on backup QBs. Surely, his 2+ years with Arch has raised doubts and yet he didn't make any moves to bring in necessary talent. The QB room is either pedestrian or very young at this point. That's 100% on him.

I agree if Arch is really this bad? No way all the coaches could have missed it for 2 years and he has had starts and some decent playing time too in that 2 years...

Something is up. Maybe he got injured in practice. Maybe he spent too much time in the offseason with his QB trainer and his special gadgets and not practicing with the team? Maybe he jacked up his shoulder working with his QB trainer, there were lots of videos of him working with some dude in the offseason. Nobody knows, and nobody in the know is saying..

I'm betting something stupid happened and he got his throwing shoulder injured, and now he's playing scared, rushing things.

Yeah…that’s the way that self entitled spoiled fanbase treats its own athletes. I posted three weeks ago, the whorn fanbase would trash Arch if he had a bad game or two. Prediction came true. After only three games they are booing their own team in their own stadium.

I'm not gonna trash the kid, but there IS a solution to getting booed.

Don't suck so fricking bad.

lot of stupidity being shown to the #1 College Sports Program. Most of you will never be 1/10 th . the program Texas is . While Arch is not as advertised yet , we will still be a better team at seasons end than most of you will be.

So happy you’re the best sports college in the SEC. We are all clapping for you.

Have they picked a backup QB? Anyone getting any meaningful reps?

But Sark said prior to this season he’s been building this team for this year. Everything is in place now.

Oh boy, he really knows his team.

Sark is a good coach. I’m sure he is frustrated with Mannings mechanics and is trying to figure out the problem.

Perhaps his jerky throwing motion, side arm, short throwing etc is due due a lack of confidence? I don’t know but I’m sure Sark knows what is wrong and will fix it. Just not sure it can be salvaged to save this season.

Should have played arch more last year to work out the nerves.

I hope the kid figures it out.

When you start telling the Head Coach how to do his job - you have already implicitly fired him, and you will be in worse shape than just getting it over with.

If Arch turns in another game like he did against UTEP, then there is no explanation other than Sark is a complete fraud.

As we have said, Sark has been watching Arch for well over 2 years at practice.
