It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Did the kids come for the biggest money for the freshman year to get up to speed then shop around if they don’t get significant time by year three? These kids want to play and they have the avenue to go find it immediately.

Right now I’m a fan of the portal, but the 5 stars are learning to play the game quickly. I’m not knocking your program right here, but if I’m in these kid’s shoes I can’t believe I would pass up a big payday either.
But maybe they really wanted to play there, who knows.

What I am saying is that you dont have much else but freshman. The upperclassmen are probably still pretty good but the two deep is going to rely on these guys a lot. Because of that I am more concerned about these guys in in year 2 and 3 if they are still around.

The NCAA has had to commit 100% of its current resources just to investigate the ongoing and widespread violations in the LSU athletic department.
Unless it doubles its staff quickly, I don't see many other investigations for the next few years.

I’m actually glad that 8&4 is having so much success recruiting. There’s gonna be so much pressure on them to win a championship, it’ll be hilarious when they don’t after all this bragging.

Well we all can’t lose at home to OSU and Kansas on the two biggest recruiting weekends of the year.

Print the t shirt. fricking loser sports program. Irrelevant in sports history. And Jimbo is a dinosaur. This bought class will be his undoing. You know deep down that this is true. 8-4 again this year and half of this class will be in the portal. Everyone that bought this class will want Bimbo’s head on a platter. I will enjoy watching it happen. Then A&M will try and get Aranda because they want to be LSU so bad and he will say no.
