Here's one I have been working on.

Can a party submit an EEOC letter to Federal Court in response to a motion for summary judgment without getting a business records affidavit or other document certifying the letter's authenticity?

Why the hell do all of the MSU posters on the Rant hate A&M? I've noticed this trend lately....did you guys walk in on an A&M grad smashing your sister or something?

He was making a simple statement that referenced the pain of Ags last year. I'm guessing that didn't stroke your ego enough that obviously existed after this little quote...

A&M has a great petroleum engineering school, but it is consistently ranked below Stanford and Texas in almost every rankings system available. I won't go too far into the systems because they all have very faulty parameters and assumptions, similar to your statement. Also the "most lucrative business" portion debatable. Its an extremely profitable business if done right, however its very capital intensive with a high amount of volatility due to exogenous risks.

But keep on pounding your chest about this year dude, if you're as old as you say you are you still remember that almost every time anything important was on the line Arkansas spanked you, I have enough satisfaction built up from portions of 41-25 that I can handle you beating our dumpster fire this year. (This is not directed at other Aggies, just this jackass).

Wow, you really are an ignorant, know nothing moron. You're from a swamp, WTF do you know about oil and gas?

You probably took some little bullshite liberal arts crap like English or History before learning how to deal with rules in law school. Big fricking deal.

As long as aTm pays for the locker room cleanup and damages, it's all good.

I absolutely hate law and I'm horrible at legal jargon but I'll try.

C. Wasn't part of imminent domain a clause that states that taking ownership of land is only constitutional if declared by the federal government?
