Now, does this seem sorry, to ignore a mother hurting for her allegedly abused daughter? Yes. But I was assured not even a "I'm sorry I can't respond & I have forwarded this to our Title IX office" is allowed. Zero contact. Not A&M's or any other university's call; federal law.
