We’re not rich, we’re wealthy. The sips in Austin are rich. I know a few working at tech companies that make almost 150k a year with out kids. Can you imagine how many credit cards you would qualify for if you made almost 150K each year.? You could finance 2 BMW’s and a 20 footer for the lake.

I'll say this about A&M - who knows what will happen - but no one wants to win more than they do right now.

I would exchange poorer for less students, and a return to the academic ranking for my degree. This kind of stuff is just ridiculous. This athletic arms race.
Move all that crap off-campus, go semi-pro, and give me true amateur students playing the game they love for the university they love.
