Call me a sucker, but I put my money on Texas. I think a solid 14 point win seems right. Arkansas plays tough and keeps it close.

Ehhhh, you are only a sucker if you lose. Betting that trend is as old as time. It has been debunked somewhat in the last few weeks. I am took lazy to look it up, but I want to say Vandy was undefeated against the spread as an underdog until last weekend.

As for gambling itself, it lost its luster for me when it became ok to do it digitally. Where is the rush or kick in the nuts of getting/handing over a wad cash in a dive bar at 11am on a Monday.

For the last dozen years, this is the type of game that Texas would tank in a big way. I am optimistic that we have taken a step forward as a program. I think this will be close early and we will pull away and cover. However, if Texas does lose, which is certainly possible, then we will have a program-wide meltdown of biblical proportions.

This game is serious business.

If this is your side, I bet it eventually gets closer to a 17 pt spread.

-14 is about right. It's a big rivalry game (for them) and they're coming off a bye. I'm just happy it's not a night game.

Good thing is the 11am kick. Hopefully will take the crowd out of it but yall SEC folks don’t truly understand how much Arky hates Texas, this is their Super Bowl with an extra week to prep.

What is the status of the Arky QB and RB? I assume they are good given the line has moved 3 points towards Arky.

Glad the game is early. Arky really, really hates us.

But just as a reminder, the fans don't play the game.

The NIL people do.

Arkansas is over matched in this game, but it's Texas, so the Hogs will play them tough.

My daughter ran track at Arkansas, so go Hogs!

Heard they're bringing the dildos with em this time. Can't take any chances after what happened last trip to Fayette-nam.

I think we win by around 10 and don’t look great doing it. Ewers isn’t a killer once he gets in an actual knife fight.

Arch would win this game by 3 tds.

Half of my graduating class at the UofA was from Texas, the influx of Dallas/Houston money is evident on and around campus

Yep. Lots of my friends here in Dallas have kids that go to Arkansas. Rivalry is going to be a good one with the piggies.

We hate you just as much at 11AM as we do at 2:30 or 6:30 PM

Am I missing something here? Does Arkansas really have a shot to stay within two TDs?
You're missing the fact this is a mostly one sided "rivalry" game. I mean none of the players on each side really get it, and that goes for fans under 50 on both sides...but mostly for us.

Arky has nothing to lose in this game, this is their bowl game and they'll leave nothing on the field. I just hope we can match that energy because a close game doesn't favor us on the road.
