My position is that the B12 leadership has been too vindictive and stupid. They let Missouri and aTm out with a big discount.

A) If they negotiated a buy-out for 23 then it would be most beneficial to the Angry 8, because they could divide whatever it is between the Angry 8

B) If they wait for 24, it will be less money, split 12 ways.

C) The wait until 25 and they $0. This has been their position so far. Their number has been $80 million per team or nothing. The new conference president may have the ability to provide some common sense.

What does logic say is the smartest thing to do?

As far as our feelings of going to the SEC. First, we hate the B12. The B12 has taken advantage of OU .in more ways than can be described. When the B12 started, it was because of DeLoss Dobbs at Texsa. DeLoss was a very powerful and very manipulitve man and set up the original B12 to texsa benefit. Not anymore. OU is THE team they want to beat, as beating OU makes their system.

Secondly - We know we will lose more games. We know that most of the OU fans will not give an excuse, like OU received from Auburn and Florida. They historically have not been excuse givers.

Most feel that they will be competetive, except at the very top level, (for the next couple of years at least). We will get better. Most of us believe those that the middle of the pack SEC teams who think we will be easy, may have some surprises. Again, if that is not true, we won't give excuses. We won't talk about how great we are. It will be on the field or not at all

This is a case of being hoist on your own petard. A&M and Missouri got out cheap because the Big XII realized that suing two entities who are protected by sovereign immunity was going to be problematic, at best, and quite likely futile. Vowing not to have that happen again, the Big XII rewrote its bylaws to change the exit penalty from a sum of money to the withholding of the departing school’s last 2 years of revenue distributions, and requiring 18 month’s notice in order to ensure the conference would be in position to withhold the distributions (which are paid in a lump sum following the conclusion of each academic year on July 1).

Long story short: The Big XII no longer has to sue departing members to recover the exit fee, they merely withhold it.

The delusion part was thinking you'd have won 8 of the last 10 years, had the games been played.

But yes, you did have one pretty good season a decade ago. In fact, it's been the pinnacle of Agdom over the last quarter century. That season ended with a convincing victory in a non-BCS bowl. Congratulations.

Now shall we bring up the multiple, much uglier arse-kickings OU has handed aTm over the years?

You’ve been struggling with Baylor for a decade, please don’t act like you’ve been doing anything the last 10 years, it just makes you look as dumb as Longhorn fans say you are

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Somebody has to actually play the best football team in the state of TX on a regular basis. It sure as hell isn't anybody in the SEC, unless you were Ole Piss last year.

Three things if you consider winning a Conference title a thing.
