Should absolutely be a 2 seed. If Duke gets a 2 and Tennessee a 3, then the committee can go straight to hell. There’s not logical argument that you can make for Duke getting a better seed than Tennessee.

Yeah. I don’t get the “conference tournament is pointless” perspective. Sure success in the big dance is ultimately more important, but those kids will always be SEC Tournament Champions. That is meaningful for a college basketball player.

SEC should have three 2 seeds. Duke and Wisconsin should be 3s. Purdue probably the 4th 2 seed. Let’s see how it plays out

It's a tough call IMO. You always play to win, but they may not always be worth it. You guys won it and probably moved up a seed so it all worked out. If you had lost a key player to injury today then it wouldn't be worth it.
Regardless, Vols are hitting on all cylinders at the right time. Congrats.
