This is a true statement so I'll allow it.
As some of my fellow Bama fans have said in this thread. I don't care how just win! You don't ever want to give these urge pukes a reason to crow.

This year it's like being in the NCAA basketball tourney: doesn't matter how you look, what the polls say, or how you play. You win any way you can and advance.

We will have an ugly win against LSU in 3 weeks as well.
Just like Leonard Fournette. That will be the game JT Daniels politely hands over the Heisman to someone else.

Sometimes the truth is like a turd, one way or another it's coming out!

Normally I'm happy with just a win. But I hope Daniels shreds our remaining SEC opponents including Ga with LSU winning by 15 or 20 pts minimum.

1998 Clint Stoerner fumbled to allow 10rc to drive the field and win.
1999 Clint Stoerner throws last minute td pass to beat 10rc.
This is fun.

1998 The refs blow a call that allows Arkansas to stay ahead until Clint Stoerner fumbled to allow 10rc to drive the field and win.
Why the refs dropped the ball...before Stoerner did
quote:
The foul-up came a bit earlier in the fourth quarter when Arkansas snapped the ball over the punter's head. The errant snap was lying on the 10-yard line when punter Chris Akin decided to kick it out of the end zone. It was ruled a safety, trimming the Arkansas lead to 24-22 with 2:56 remaining.
There was a flag for illegal kicking, and the NCAA rule is 15 yards and loss of the down from the spot of the foul. Tennessee should have been given the option of taking the 2-point safety or taking the penalty and getting the ball at the Arkansas 5 - half the distance to the goal line.
If the refs made the right call...Tennessee would have had the ball on the Arkansas 5 yard line, down 24-20 with 3 minutes left. Remember...Arkansas couldn't slow Travis Henry down in the 2nd half and he ended up with 199 rushing yards. Arkansas was up 21-3 at one time...and Tennessee outscored Arkansas 18-3 in the 2nd half...So, with the ball on the 5...Henry would have scored, and UT would have gone up 27-24 before Stoerner would have even had the opportunity to fumble.
You're right...this is fun.
