Large hospital in BR area I worked there for over a decade. Only thing I ever saw which wasn’t illegal that I know of is they used to give football players job. They made a little more money than us but not but like a dollar an two an hour more.

Are no mistake the nuns have little to nothing to do with that hospital anymore. They used to walk the floors and visit with nurses and patients. That institute is catholic in name only.

That won't work. That's actually the very definition of lack of institutional control.
"We didn't know" doesn't work.
A university can set up a network of booster payments and simply say "we didn't know."
Time and again the NCAA has hammered schools because they SHOULD have known.
