Boosters were directed to make donations to the foundation on behalf of athletes to provide jobs and payments. Complicated scheme but been going on for years and not only at LSU. This is only an issue because someone got sloppy and Deloitte uncovered it. The whole organization was complicit and gave LSU deniability. Now that JP is about to go down, he is taking others with him and the song birds are singing

Damn, Baton Rouge may burn down today. There was the a former COO for OLOL that was popped for embezzling a bunch of money. Connect the dots...possible bag man.

FTR- I went for a save the beat heart screening last week- family history of issues. I have 0 plaque according to the scan and ekg was normal and my cholesterol is 172.

I remember seeing some of their bonds on the bloombergs. A2 rating in 2017 by moody's. I'm sure you could go look them up on MSRB website to get an updated statement of financial condition.
