The next person who refers to a team’s SOS as meaning anything obviously doesn’t understand anything particularly when speaking of this season’s Alabama team, this team’s loaded top to bottom even if White played first half I’d still think Bama would defeat us ultimately, his absence the first 30 minutes only decrease LSU’s chances for triumph Bc of how great a player he is straight up this Alabama team could probably defeat the worst team in the NFL just so so loaded and coached by a guy whose MO is preparing these players for the pros. All I have to say about that. Geaux Tigers.

Through 8 weeks, it’s pretty obvious who is the better team. (Hint: it’s not LSU)

Interesting that you only listed our opponents offensive rankings and not defensive rankings. I’m sure that was just an oversight.

Here are the total defensive rankings for LSU’s first 8 opponents:

Miami - #1
SE - n/a
Auburn - #29
LA Tech - #36
Ole Miss - #121
Florida - #21
Georgia - #13
Miss St - #8

All FBS opponents’ defenses were ranked in top 40 except for Ole Miss. 6 top 40 defenses in 8 games, 4 of which are top 25.

Look, we just want a good game aight? Put Tua to the test for 4 qtrs. The problem is I don't see LSU scoring 10 points and we are going to score in the 40's. We have the next Drew Brees and he's going to score on 80% of possessions.

The NCAA disagree with you. They are #2.

Bama's schedule

Louisville: 2-5
Arkansas St: 4-3
Ole Miss: 5-3
A&M: 5-2
ULL: 3-4
Arkansas: 2-6
Mizzou: 4-3
Tennessee: 3-4

That's an opponents record of 28-30. Or 48%

Now let's check LSU

Miami: 5-2
Southeastern: 3-5
Auburn: 5-3
La Tech: 5-2
Ole Miss: 5-3
Florida: 6-1
Georgia: 6-1
Miss St: 4-3

That's a 39-20 record or a 66% win percentage.

The teams Alabama have beaten have allowed $1,806 points in 58 games.... or 31 points allowed per

The teams LSU have played have allowed 1,315 combined points this season in 59 games, or 22 points per game.

Bama has played 1 ranked team - Texas A7M.

LSU has played 5. 2 at home, 2 on the road and 1 at a Neutral site.

It's not Bama's fault that Louisville and Tennessee aren't very good. I get that.

But, isn't it nice to get Tennessee and Mizzou as your SEC East opponents?

YOU Ranked only offenses., your stats seem skewed. It seems you found the one aspect of the game which looks the worst to folks on paper when in reality the only top 20 team you guys have beaten is faggie and you just can’t accept that.

I understand the rankings and statistical argument, but at the end of the day LSU has played:

Miami
@Auburn
@Florida
Georgia
MissSt

That’s a nice resume.

Thats the point.

LSU has played very good D's to this point.

It's not really comparable.

MSU is the best D in the SEC currently, UGA is up there as well.

AU's D is very good and like MSU, hampered by a not so good Offense.

Miami also has a very good D.

I mean, LSU ran through a fricking gauntlet with a new O, new QB, new RB's, new WR's and rotating Olinement and came out 7-1.

Who in the hell would have predicted that thus far?

It's a massive hill for LSU still, but we have certainly been tested the most in the league.
