You don't even know how a too many men penalty works.

Sit down.
Like I said, you don't seem to know that penalties, injuries, and poor execution are all part of football. OSU isn't special. They lost the same way teams have lost since football began. Better luck next season.

And I'm already sitting down.

This is bullshite and is just as bad as Ohio State apologists (of which I am not one). How you play has something to do with the level of competition you're facing.

LSU has played in 4 NC winning 3! Every few years the system is tweaked. So when the NC changes to 12 teams Georgia’s two NCs don’t count any more?

History matters

The nation = Notre Dame
The Midwest = Ohio State followed by Michigan
The West Coast = USCrubbers and a floater (currently Utah or Oregon)
The Southwest = Oklahoma followed by Nebraska (before they moved)
The South = Alabama challenged by Vols, UGA, LSU, UF, Auburn

Inside the state of TX you think you matter
Outside the state of TX history show you are not ELITE, OU is.
Wow. I knew you weren't smart, but this almost makes me feel bad for you

Nebraska is located in the Midwest? And since "hIsToRy MaTtErS", how come Yale and Princeton are omitted from your geographically-challenged list?

Nice deflection. hard for you to admit OU is almost 2:1 better than Utx
More evidence that you could not attend Texas. Apparently 50 > 63 and apparently 0 > 49
quote:

Not really, it just appears that way to you as you are a bit of a slow coach coupled with all that Utx bias. Where I come the term is "Bless your heart" but you are too clueless to get the point.
Oh, you poor piss-pants fossil That's me patting you on the head while you're wetting your diaper in the old folks home lol

Your view as you can not debate with any real skill and must revert to tactics that make you feel better about yourself. I told you to get out of your mom's basement and get laid but here you are trying to hang with a senior citizen with way more life experience.
Except you just admitted yourself that it took you until 3rd grade to figure out 7 > 4, and are currently trying to prove that 50 > 63 and 0 > 49

Go back and re-read. He's talking 4 team CFP brackets, not BCS #1 vs #2s.

This is fricking stupid.

What’s stupid is you not being able to accept the fact that y’all lost. You should’ve been moved on by now.. You knew y’all would lose. It was a playoff game AND it was against an SEC team. Like there’s no way you legitimately thought y’all would win…

Until proven otherwise, Texas does not belong on the list.
Agreed.

Texas has everything they need in terms of recruiting, facilities, support, etc. to give them the "potential" for having a legit shot, but they have yet to put that all together in the CFP era.

It's possible, sure. But remains to be seen, and until then, should be omitted from the list (for now)

We did lose. Because we missed a field goal.

What you said is still stupid.

I forgot that thread existed as I had other things take my attention away, including a national championship game that was absent OSU.

Certainly, yet there are other factors that are in play, as well. If it was all about the opponent, you could never say you executed poorly.

Yes, your posts make me doubt you even attended college

]

The B12 was the union of the B8 and SWC, not sure why you are making this point. in that historic footprint, CFB looks like this ...
Oklahoma > Nebraska > Utx - Austin > Arkansas (football prior to the 90's)

quote:

how come Yale and Princeton are omitted from your geographically-challenged list?

Because I am old enough to actually know the history
Early football = Ivy League
Pre WW II = Private schools
Post WW II (and the GI bill) = Public schools

The reason Utx played Vanderbilt at the State Fair was because Vanderbilt was the bigger draw and nobody cared about Utx back then. The GI Bill changed all that and allowed schools like TAMU and Utx to feed on all that government money to build themselves up.

If you spent less time trolling and more time learning you might just get somewhere.

quote:

More evidence that you could not attend Texas.

Clearly you fail at both math and history

Oklahoma has almost 2x the MNC's of Utx in the Poll Era. The fact you keep going back to a single game score just shows your desire to claim a Pyrrhic Victory when you can not deal with OU winning the war by ~ 2:1.

quote:

Oh, you poor piss-pants fossil That's me patting you on the head while you're wetting your diaper in the old folks home

So by being unable to win a grown up discussion you revert to childish behavior

I do as well, they are Stanford and UCLA grads and that would make me worry this place would turn their mind to cabbage. I want them focused on keeping me healthy.

Instead of blaming the L on a missed FG (which btw was no easy or automatic FG like you’re making it seem) or bc of injuries, try blaming it on your defense for failing to stop UGA when it mattered. Or blame it on your coach for calling the 3 dumbest plays in a row after Stroud’s big scramble got y’all to the 30 with 2 fricken timeouts still… you’re coach has proven multiple times now that he is a professional choke artist. Ohio state will never win a ring as long as Ryan Day is in Columbus. But by all means, please keep him.

If you follow Sun Tzu, you lost before the game started.

He said : If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat.

Which would imply a 50 - 50 ratio wins to losses. Based on BuckNuts history with the SEC and the greater imbalance I would say, even after all this time, the folks in Columbus still have no clue.

I think he said arguing with Displaced over and over against is insanity, and I'm pretty much there. I've now moved on to mostly ridicule and not taking him seriously. I hope to move all the way to ridicule at some point.
