The last two times the BCS National Championship was settled in New Orleans, it was LSU walking away with the hardware. Four years later, with the Superdome hosting the National Championship once again, is LSU destined to win their third crystal football?

Or instead, is it Bama, fueled by the inspiration of overcoming the events of April 27th, who is destined to restore order to chaos and reclaim their rightful place atop the college football world by earning their third crystal football and winning their fourteenth national title?

Which is the real team of destiny this year?

Yes, but they are all about stats.

This is about the intangible.

I guess a bonus question would be whether it's going to be somewhat awkward if Bama can win it all, considering where we'll have to go to win it this year.

Kind of wish it was set to be played in Miami this year, so this wouldn't be a factor.

Well after this weekend LSU will have faced 2 SEC teams without their starting QB. Does this count towards destiny?

We got our first crystal football in 1992.

This has been discussed several times on here.

Also, here is a link regarding our thirteen national championships, in case you are interested in learning more about them. LINK

Might go ahead and make it 3 teams. Auburn doesn't have a steady qb at this time.
