It says “arrested”

He was technically just hired by his dad as an analyst at A&M right when he was arrested

He killed her while he was working for the Titans in Tennessee I guess

Tough deal for Trooper

Let it go Sarge. You are dealing with a poster with an IQ that is borderline retarded.

Still do not get at all how you can get charged with murdering an unborn child when the left tells us it is not a human being, just a clump of cells when abortion comes up..So is it a human life or is it not leftist? And yes, I think it is a human life so I am Pro-Life, just confused by the logic here.

I'm sure that's a topic that will be argued in court. But per the wording of the law, traditionally, abortions legality came down to the consent of the mother up to a certain term of pregnancy. Somewhat similar to euthanasia laws in other parts of the world.

Since 2022, it's curently a penalty of up to 15 years in prison for performing an abortion in the state of Tennessee (unless lethal or critical injury risk exists for the mother) where the murder was committed for comparison sake.

I'm sure this topic will go well on a college sports forum.

So let me get this correct

If the women kills the baby doing an abortion it is not murder or a human life, but if someone else does it is a human life? Correct? So by law..it is and is not a human life in different circumstances? I mean..should it be considered by the law the exact same.

It is either a human life(in which case all abortion should literally be murder by law)...or it is not a human life by law, so it can't be murdered. BTW..I do think abortion is murder.

if you really want to throw a wrench into things, the only time the death penalty is ever sought out for females, is when they kill their own children. Makes a lot of cents doesn't it?
