First you have to deal with Texas and all their entitled bullshite.
Then you have to play all the little brother schools constantly that don't pull their weight.
The SEC isn't perfect but it has a lot better peer balance and culture of equality.

Most regulars here I would love to have a beer with and I bet many would agree with that statement.

As a mid-Southerner from the Bootheel of MO, a husband of a Birmingham native, a future Birminghamian myself, a Mizzou alum, and a current resident of CoMo, I’d like to think that this individual represents a VERY small minority of Mizzou fans. I for one am damn glad that Mizzou is in the SEC.
