A group of friends and I usually have a decent set up. A couple of tents, a couple of 42" TVs with satellite. Can Jam game (It's pretty fun if you haven't heard of it), Cornhole, and obviously plenty of booze.

I'm wondering how much you all spend in time and effort on gameday in your set ups? I'm sure some tailgates are very simple while others will be over the top. Post some pictures of your set up if you have any.

1 10x20 tent, 1 10x10 tent
1 keg
Dish Network on a 32" tv with speakers
PA system for music
Couch/Outdoor furniture
Several tables for drinking games
Cornhole and Washers
ETA: Forgot to add 1800/1500 watt generator
and still looking into either getting a grill or cooker.

This is our third year getting together but really only our second year as a whole group as the majority of us were in DC during the 2015 season for school. We're really planning to step things up this year.

Two 12x12 tents, astroturf under them, three tables, two TV's, generator, washer game(cornhole is too big to carry around all the time), 3 big fans

Grill or burner depending on the food

We have a company that sets up the tents, tv, chairs, and generator for us. Everyone brings their coolers with drinks of their choice and all of the wives figure out who all is bringing what each weekend and then they also make it "look nice" or however they want it. Works well and everyone does their part. It's also nice to not have to set it all up or take it all down and it's not that expensive to have it done since their are like 8 couples in our setup

Usually call around or wait till I get an invite to a tailgate a few days before the game.

most of the games I go to now are away games(LSU/ATM mostly), a lot of times with friends that are alumni of the schools. always hospitable.

I don't live close enough to Tuscaloosa to take advantage of the tailgating there. I am usually good for a walk around campus and then hit uo a bar if I am there with friends.

Auburn has an area for this. it's actually kind of nice. And the company maintains everything so it looks nice and nothing is destroyed afterward

Officially, its first-come, first-serve. Most people have their own spot that they set up in each year. People who use set-up companies will usually tell the company where they want to be, so the company knows where to set them up.

People can get pretty territorial, but usually are pretty willing to work with each other for the best possible arrangement, especially on big game weekends

My work has a tailgate by the Odome that includes:

-A couple of tents, tons of chairs
-A tv with Dish (not sure the size, prob 48 inch)
-Catered food, usually 4Rivers (BBQ) or Zoes Kitchen
-2 local draft beers, usually one Swamphead, one First Magnitude
-Couple coolers with booze and water
-Cornhole
-Music through their Mercedes bus/van

I'm about a 15 min walk or 5 min uber ride from the stadium so I usually have friends over and play some pong/cornhole at my place, grill out if its a night game, then head over to the company tailgate.

I remember seeing that at Auburn and it horrified me. Setting up and planning with your buddies is half the fun. I love the creative aspect and making the tailgate your own and having it grow to your needs.

The Chimes. I usually head to some friend's tailgate by the stadium a couple of hours before the game.

I'm done with the 7+ hour tailgating scene. I enjoy The Chimes plethora of beer taps, good food, A/C, bathrooms, TV's with different games on, etc.

Agreed and AU still has that, they just also provide the other option. it sucked at first, people lost their longtime tailgate spots, but now its really a great area and has evolved into the area to be
