To be perfectly honest, I'm fine with people saying Tenn is a better job until they just add in stupid shite that doesn't make any sense or is total hyperbole. I may think differently but I can respect an opinion unless it's just purely nonsensical.

Tennessee hasn't even beaten those teams on a consistent basis and is still a better job than Arkansas. IWABH, Arkansas is maybe a top 25 job, probably more around 30.
Derek Dooley
Butch Jones
Now Kacy Rodgers is being mentioned.

prestige
this one word sums up the entire situation. UT has some, albeit dusty as hell. Arky has never even come close.

Whatever, you're not worth the use of my fingers replying anymore.

Arkansas' program has far more upside than Tennessee, largely because its been so flat other than a couple years with Petrino.
If you measure based upon where the two programs are today, TN is better. Expectations are also unreasonably high at TN and the program hasn't done squat in 10 years.
At Arkansas it won't take much to ignite the fan base. Facilities and monetary support aren't a problem so the ride for a good coach will be long term and full of upside.
I see TN flaming out again with their next hire. Hogs will likely go after a rising younger star (See U of Memphis) and could just be that proverbial blind hog finding an acorn.
We'll see. At least the hogs have enough class to wait til the end of the season to fire the coach. It accomplishes so little to fire a coach mid year....its not like both schools aren't actively recruiting the candidates anyway.

False. That's not to say Arkansas isnt a good job.
Petrino and Nutt proved you can have some very good seasons there. Consider what Mullen has been able to do at MSU, arguably a tougher job to win at than Arkansas.
With a good HC and staff Arky's floor should be no worse than going to a bowl game and the ceiling no worse than 10 wins.
Bert is falling well short of what the Arkansas program should be able to accomplish.

I would personally prefer Arkansas if I was a coach, but the national perception is Tennessee by a mile.

No. Broyles forced him out.
Broyles, even as big as he was at Arkansas pulled some goofy crap. Ran off Holtz and Hatfield.

I’m not sure how this kept going to program prestige or status and etc. it’s all gonna depend on what a specific coach considers to be a good job. If you want easier recruiting, sky high expectations, an easier SEC East schedule and can handle all the other additional stress then Tennessee would be the choice. If you want the same money, less stressful expectations, great facilities, and a better environment all around, then Arkansas. If you only consider program prestige and national recognition or whatever to be the only important factor, then u probably have tiny dick syndrome and are trying to compensate.
