LSU folk have Bama on the Brain.

Apparently you have LSU on the brain because you are so quick to respond to LSU/Bama posts.

Don’t know if you saw that, but that was me rolling my eyes.

I just hope we can hold on to caring after you drop 3 or 4 games this year.

I’m worried that Karen will be a disaster in year 1. I would prefer to have the decline and gump melt last a while.

Considering that's the average amount of blowout losses for LSU per season, I'm sure you have some pointers on how to handle it.

This has become the DeboerRant.

Deflecting. Trust me, it’s much more fun on the way up building on 2 10 win seasons than on the way down. And unless you get a Brian Kelly to redeem DeBoer’s inadequacies after he’s fired, it will be a long way down.
You better not miss on the next hire.

Right now I'd say Bama.
I have more confidence in Bama's talent which has mostly been coached up by Saban to have success this year than I have in LSU's offense without their heisman winning QB and the defense they have.
I don't think LSU has the horses.

Defense is guilty until proven innocent at this point, but Milroe is garbage and Nussmeier’s not going to be JD but he’s still working with Sloan. OL should be really good. Defense won’t be worse.
Bama loses to Georgia, possibly Wisconsin, and if they start the first half of the season out with 2 losses, the bottom probably drops out. DeBoer won’t be able to handle that pressure.
Between Oklahoma, Missouri, and Tennessee to round that out, and Auburn is never a given, I cannot see a scenario where they finish with less than 3 losses, and they’ll probably lose 4.
Bama is fricked and they know it.

Bama won 12 games last year with Milroe. Bama will have the second or third most talented team in the nation and their coach has shown he's good at coaching up talent that other coaches have recruited.
Your rose colored glasses for LSU while projecting doom and gloom for Bama isn't based on any kind of reality. LSU will be worse in all aspects of the passing game. Their QB won't be running for huge chunks so they'll likely be worse in the running game as well. They're looking at a step back on offense.
They don't have the huge talent edge that Bama has. They relied on elite QB play last season to get their results and that QB is gone.
I don't think Bama has any chance of losing to Wisconsin. Wisconsin was a 7-6 football team last season that lost to teams like Northwestern, Washington State and Indiana. Just because LSU barely was able to get a victory doesn't mean Bama will struggle with them. Bama will likely crush them. LSU's game says more about LSU's weakness than WIsconsin's strength.
If Bama plays to the level of their talent (not even above it... just to their talent level), the only potential losse is UGA. LSU, Tennessee and Oklahoma are the only teams I think have a realistic shot at Bama but Bama should win 1 or more likely 2 of them.
And a 10-2 Bama is in the playoff.

Who has the easier schedule?

Looks like LSU is bringing back the majority of their defense and they loose a generational talent at quarterback and a really good wide receiver. I think LSU will be lucky to win 9 in the regular season. I’m thinking the floor for Bama would be 9 wins

Milroe is garbage
If he doesn’t improve, he’s still 1-0 vs your Heisman Trophy winner from last season and the lone returning SEC starting quarterback of an SEC Champion. The defense LSU has coming back gave up 42 to this “garbage” quarterback

DeBoer is a good coach. Now, whether he can replicate that success at a school with large expectations like Alabama remains to be seen.
His record to date is extremely impressive.
