I think Dave is done in ~3 years. Age 68 will be his last season. He has said before he doesn't want to go beyond retirement age.

If DVH was to ever win the big one, I think he'd retire.
I think that was what he wanted 2021 (or whenever the Kevin Kopps year was) to be. Just my two cents...
