Was another bad hire. I was already aware Kelly was the better hire but Billy shouldn’t even be coaching in the same conference. Butch Jones with a worse offense and DC.

He’s recruiting 5th best in the conference. He doesn’t coach well enough to be the 5th best recruiter in the conference. Brian Kelly wasn’t supposed to be an elite recruiter but he’s out recruiting Billy. Looks a lot like Mullen recruiting at the beginning honestly. Just okay.

He’s to busy to think about haircuts. The guy is Head Coach, Offensive play caller and QB coach. It’s not shocking this team is all over the place Billy doesn’t know how to delegate.

It’s the best recruiting since muschamp but since the on field product is so meh right now he’s losing the fanbase. I thought it would be a tough year that’s why I picked 7-5 but I thought the defense would get better as the season went along and it is definitely not lol.

Gator fans need patience. Napier is going to need 3-5 years to get the culture fixed and get his guys in place.

Nah like most coaches I think we’ll know by next year. Do think people need to step away from the ledge a little. This team almost lost to samford in a shoot out last year

shite I thought I was on the Auburn page in a thread about Harsin . Then I saw recruiting 5th in the conference and knew it must be somebody else

I think Napier is a great coach. I'm not convinced that all the staff he brought from ULL are SEC material.

I do think BK is the better hire.
But Napier needs time. He’s dealing with the same fight BK is.
Rooting out culture from previous regimes is hard to do and takes time. Also he needs to get a few recruiting classes in before you can give a final verdict.

I have never been a fan of the head coach calling plays. I think it has killed AMs offense this year. A head coach should delegate and be the leader of the team.
