No idea. KSR reported he was offered the job (pending board approval) then after talking with his staff, Stoops decided to turn it down.

Interview or no interview, doesn't matter in grand scheme of things, but if your admin offered him a job without an interview beforehand that would be pretty dumb imo

Yes I think the aTm fan base, aTm local media, and the administration had more to do with it than Stoops did. But with the statement he put out should have Kentucky fans worried. He never said he wasn’t going anywhere, he said for “RIGHT NOW”. That almost seems like he is still looking to leave UK when the opportunity comes.
