I don’t follow college baseball (or any baseball), is this 3 game series or one game for all the marbles?
Would one format advantage one team over the other?

Best-of-3 series. Can't answer the second question, but I would prefer it be a 3-game series regardless of the matchup. Baseball is such a weird sport that you really need a larger sample size than one game to determine the better team.
