Is it worse than NOLA? Can't imagine it being worse than NOLA?

St. Louis may be a great place. Just not a great place for the SEC tourney.

I've spent far more time in STL than in NOLA, but I've only been robbed in NOLA. It's not even comparable, imo.

Baseball has nothing to do with this thread. The NCAA has held several tournament games at Scottrade Center since the Final Four without any incident. But go ahead and enlighten us with more bullshite posts.

I don’t why anyone still bitches about it. ACC is playing their tournament in Brooklyn. Big 10 played theirs at NYC. The tournament will still be in Nashville 80% of the fricking time. Good grief. It’s really not that big of a deal.

In case you hadn’t figured it out, there’s a bunch of baby back bitches on this board. 95% of them won’t go to the tournament if it’s 30 minutes by carriage from their homestead. They just need to bitch about “the North” and shite.

Exactly. The people pissing and moaning wouldn’t be going to the games anyway if the tournament was in Nashville.

Aint no crime within blocks of Tampa's sports arenas. We be safe down here. frick Yankees...there is 5 million of them now in Fla...called snowbirds. My suggestion: send your hot grand daughters with $$ so us southerners can benefit.

The traffic here close to the beach in Jan-early April is awful...then mid April and they cram I-75 & I-95 heading up north...damn Quebecs think 20 mph is the speed limit

Most crime is caused by poverty but I don't recall hearing about any black guys going into a school and committing mass murder.

Listen you clueless Mizzou fricks, there are hotels in downtown St Louis housing numerous tourney teams and the hotels don’t carry the SEC Network and can’t even get it. The teams just want to watch the games but can’t! This doesn’t happen in Nashville or Atlanta.

St Louis is not SEC country, it’s full of people that don’t give a rat’s fart about the SEC and the fact that fans may feel less safe downtown than in other cities only bolsters the unanimous opinion that this tourney never needs to be held in St Louis.

Because St. Louis is a dying shite hole and there are much better venues to have long weekend tournament at. Namely north Atlanta where there's great food and plenty to do.

Yes I've driven through it and thought the arch would be bigger. Y'all have that giant US bank tower (I think).

Yeah. Arkansas and Mississippi State should’ve showed up better.
