Sports Illustrated has Hendon Hooker as their number 1 Heisman trophy candidate

For those of you who don't know, a bad case of covid 19 caused severe heart complications while he was at Va Tech that nearly required heart surgery and Hendon was told he might not ever play football again.
This is Tennessee 's year and we have a full grown man at QB who has overcome all odds to get where he is today.
Once we get past LSU, i have no doubt we will beat Bama after rewatching their game against Texas a few times.
He is the leader of the team and not scared of anything.
Watch him put down his shoulder when he runs instead of that pussy sliding shite.

Congratulations to Hendon Hooker for winning the September Heisman! He rightfully earned his place among the other elite September Heisman winning QBs of the past ten or so years: Matt Corral, Tua, and Geno Smith.

BS. Hendon is a very special player who will also thrive in the NFL.
Do you know that Hooker has only thrown 3 interceptions his ENTIRE time at Tennessee?

Yeah, he's the guy who struggles with basic accuracy, so his coach has to use HUNH and mickey mouse concepts to help him out.
We've all seen how he performs once a real defense lines up. He's no Stetson, that's for sure.

Many were hoping to see LSU running back Leonard Fournette in New York this Saturday as a Heisman Trophy finalist, but Fournette was left off the short list.
Alabama running back Derrick Henry, Stanford running back Christian McCaffery and Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson are the three headed to the ceremony to battle for the coveted trophy.
When the season started, Fournette appeared to be a clear-cut favorite to win the Heisman Trophy.
He led the country in rushing, had three-straight 200-plus yard rushing performances and the Tigers were 7-0.
The trip to New York took a hit once the Tigers lost their first game of the season to Alabama, where Fournette rushed for only 31 yards. He followed that up with a 91-yard outing in a loss to the Arkansas Razorbacks.
He did finish the season with back-to-back 100-yard games, however.
Fournette also set the school’s single-season rushing record against Texas A&M, where he rushed for 159 yards, breaking Charles Alexander's 1977 rushing record.
Fournette finished the regular season with 1,752 yards and 18 touchdowns.
Fournette has another chance to win the Heisman when he returns for his junior season in 2016.
