We have sold out against the run against the only two good teams we played to make them one dimensionsal and beat us throwing the ball and AR had the game of his life and Pitt's QBs aren't exactly slouches. It is what it is.
I am extremely proud of our dline this year. We need to throw the kitchen sink at transfer portal DBs this year though and recruit the top ones hard as well. Time to put that NIL money to max usage.

Actually Vol fans showed huge support for a long time after we declined post Fulmer era.
But Pruitt starting JG every game was beyond demoralizing and the final nail in the coffin. People rightfully got sick of watching it.
Ole Miss was good last year and doing well this year.

I'm not sold on UGA and especially not Bama.
Kent State exposed the impact of UGA's defensive player losses from last year.
As for Bama, go back and rewatch the Texas game. That didn't look like a fluke performance to me. Texas dominated both lines of scrimmages all game long and got to Bryce Young often making him look mediocre most of the game.
If/when Tennessee gets past LSU.on the road, our team's confidence will be through the roof and i think we have what ot takes to beat Bama in a shootout this year.
UGA is still kind of a mystery to me, so i will without judgement. Their TE bowers is a nightmare matchup for anyone though.

Heupel is a winner and as much shite as i talk about Stetson he is also a winner.
It's kind of funny that two of the SEC's most cutting edge offensive minds for their respective eras, Heupel and Spurrier, were also star college QBs for big programs.

For those of you who don't know, a bad case of covid 19 caused severe heart complications while he was at Va Tech that nearly required heart surgery and Hendon was told he might not ever play football again.
This is Tennessee 's year and we have a full grown man at QB who has overcome all odds to get where he is today.
Once we get past LSU, i have no doubt we will beat Bama after rewatching their game against Texas a few times.
He is the leader of the team and not scared of anything.
Watch him put down his shoulder when he runs instead of that pussy sliding shite.
