at all the Piss posters in here pretending this isn't horrible news.
Kudos on finding another way to "we already knew this," though.

"They have to have proof it's true". As already noted, no, they do not. This is not in either civil or criminal court. This is the NCAA, which as you know, it a private club type organization & members have to uphold all of its rules or else. As bad as the NCAA has been lately, Black Bear fans are idiots to put any faith into what it may or may not do. If it feels it has enough information, they will act accordingly. The only reason Johnny Football got away with not being proved guilty was that his father made it known that the family would sue, in civil court, if he was suspended. Does O.Miss really want to sue the NCAA? And have this drag out for several yrs?

Imo Ole Miss is going to get hit harder than Alabama did over the Albert Means fiasco.
The "New and improved NCAA enforcement committee" is going to make a statement by making an example out of Ole Miss. Jmo

What happened to Auburn when their players went to HBO? What happened to Fluker when his emails where he admitted accepting not $100's but $1,000's of dollars while still eligible? That's right NOTHING...enuf said am I right?

Once again this was pre-USCw/Todd McNair. Also they had proof with bills of receipt, fair market value and coach caught in lies. So apples to oranges there buddy....keep trying though.

Your BS doesnt matter
Telling people you guys worked in conjunction with the NCAA doesnt matter
You are going to lose 20+ scholarships and get a bowl ban- guaranteed. The COI is not happy with Bdork misleading the media and everyone about the investigation. You guys are going to be the SEC sacrificial lamb

sureeeeeeeeeeeeee. I'm sure all Ole Miss fans are just laughing at everything now.

100 hours of information is MORE than enough time to understand the inner workings of the "Network".........wonder how much info the NCAA has in their back pocket now just waiting to catch OM in a few "mistakes" (or as normal people call them, lies)

It is going to be years before they are eligible for postseason.
They will get very harsh punishment just short of the death penalty.
Bye Rev Freeze!

I honestly think they're waiting to see just how deep OM can bury themselves by continuing to lie to and mislead the general public.
Can't wait till aBearsFanInDepends tells us again how Ole Miss's transparency is the most transparent thing that has ever transpared.

Sneaky NCAA, working hand in hand with Ole Miss to establish sanctions......all the while, setting them up to take them down.

none of those former AU players interviewed by HBO would go on record with the NCAA (IMO b/c it was 99% bullshite coming from dudes with an axe to grind, but that's whole other debate)..... looks like Tunsil's ex step-dad already has talked to the NCAA

Not sure what you are reading, but the ones I've seen are busy calling Miller a total liar, and even the reporter one too.

right. He spoke with the NCAA for 100 hours. He detailed benefits that he and the family received for 3 years. Ole Miss fans say he was suspended already for this. 7 games for 3 years of benefits seems a bit light, doesn't it?

The dad admitted he took $800, but didn't tell Tunsil.
Is that a misdemeanor or a felony?
