These games could be big wins, but I think this is more a place for blowouts over hated teams. Games that were in hand from start to finish, and you get to savor it like a smorgasbord of BBQ.
To me it would have to be Nebraska in 2007. We had beaten them twice in the last 30 years and both teams were ranked, unbeaten. We dominated from the first snap and won 41-6. Dominating Neb like that at that time was amazing, you guys probably wouldn't understand.
Close second is 2006 vs Kansas and 2013 vs. Florida
2010 OU was a good one as well, just less dominating

42-14 drubbing against Notre Dame for the national title.

Watching every fat Gump in Alabama waddle out of their stadium after the JFF 2012 game was epic

I want to say '97 UF, but think I will go with the Rohan to Reed game. '01 Bama.

Whipping up on that pussy Cart McCry was also fun. Back to back.

Pretty much the entire 2011 regular season. Demolished Auburn at home, demolished Arkansas at home (despite trailing 14-0, nobody was ever worried), demolished Florida at home (watching our punter taunt them as he runs in for a 60 yard TD run
), beating Alabama on the road and watching a frat bro cry

Every game during 5 in a row against the taters was magical. 2013 Mizzery Boink game. Also 2012 UGA. 2010 UF clinching the East. 2010 Bama, beating #1. Basically any game that Lattimore played in minus the obvious 2.
ETA: Ole Piss 2009. That game was really what set off our run in the years after.

52-20 for me...revenge game. Many thought we didn't belong on the same field with FSU (again)

Texas tech cotton bowl win. Their fans are fricking terrible

For me it was trouncing notre dame and Brady Quinn in the sugar bowl 41-14. Irish fans were all over NOLA talking so much shite and we made them look like a high school team. That one game made Jamarcus a number 1 pick and ruined Quinn's draft stock.

Yep...that game helped to somewhat exorcise the demons of '73 and '74...

03 beating OU for the title. There were points in the 90s where I never thought LSU would contend again.

2014 MSU vs. Auburn. Everyone in the stands knew we were going to be #1 the following monday.

I always have heard Texas Tech fans are the worst. Them and Iowa fans

That's hard to do. Hard to say just one and obviously 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2015 national championship games were enjoyable.
2008 Clemson was good b/c Bama dominated and I felt they were on their way "Back".
2008 UGA was great b/c they dominated on road and proved Clemson was a sign, not an aberration.
2008 AU b/c it ended the streak in shutout fashion.
2012 LSU was great b/c of the way they won.
2012 UGA - took my son who was 8 at the time to that game and I know he'll never forget seeing it.
2013 TAMU was great b/c it had that "here we go again" feel to it, but Bama got it together and refused to lose.
2014 AU b/c AU started so strong but Bama really dominated the last 2.5 quarters. another "wont be denied" game.
2015 Mich St. b/c dominance

I enjoyed the 2013 Egg Bowl just as much. Gained bowl eligibility on a game that we shouldn't have won on a heroic performance by Dak.

I have no idea about Iowa, but my 2 times being around tt fans have been pretty bad.

My most enjoyable win as an LSU fan (for me) was the 2001 SEC Championship Game win over No. 2 Tennessee. It was the most important win we had ever had in my memory (I was born in 1969 so started really following around the 1977 season). I had no expectation of winning of that game whatsoever. I went into that game thinking I would be ecstatic if we were competitive. When Mauck scrambled in for his second TD run with about 3:00 left essentially putting the game away, it felt surreal.
It was very similar to how I felt when the Saints beat the Colts in Super Bowl XLIV. And the Porter Pick Six felt very similar to the Mauck scramble, although way more unexpected. I was fully expecting the Colts to tie the game and to have to kick a FG to win that one.
