And we've already played Tennessee, Kentucky, and LSU on the road. We play at State on Saturday. We've already played Florida on the road as well. Florida has actually had an easier draw up to this point.

You’d make a great ESPN writer

What's your opinion on it?

I find it shallow and pedantic

here's another way to look at it
Assume a "middle" team loses to the top three either home or away, beats other middle teams at home and loses to them on the road, and beats the bottom both at home and on the road
South Carolina's schedule has been exactly that
Two losses to Tennessee
Loss to Kentucky
Loss to LSU
Wins against State, Ole Miss, and Auburn at home (other middle teams)
Wins at Georgia and at Vandy
Only game for SC outside of that archetype is their win at Florida, so let's say South Carolina is +1 so far
For Mississippi State
two losses to Kentucky
loss to LSU
split with Ole Miss (lost at home but won on the road, cancelling each other out)
split with Bama
beat Florida and Auburn at home
lost to SC on the road
win at Arkansas and Vandy
so they're even (or +1 if you consider Arkansas a middle team and not a bottom team)
South Carolina's been better but not by two-and-a-half games. How do you explain that? Schedule.

but, if you win out, you can also get that NET up.
Wonder why our wins vs the SEC aren't increasing our NET?

don't loop me into a bunch. I've been an lsu basketball fan since I can remember.
But, it's been 10 years since we've had anything close to this, man. Think back to your Final 4 run. you know...a lot of people went nuts.

It is typical.
I don't think our team has a shot at making the tournament because of the non-con losses, but to simply brush off what the team has done in the SEC at this point as "easy scheduling" or "nothing special" while at the same time pumping your own team who is only 1 spot higher in the conference standings is just bad analysis.

I explain that LSU, UK and UT are good the rest are mediocre.

So MSU didn’t play Tennessee? And they split with Bama and Ole Miss
Lordy, I just can’t figure it out why they’re 2 1/2 games down. You must be right.

because look at what you did outside the conference! you'll be between 50 and 60 if y'all win out, and that'll all be from conference wins.

I knew the answer to this

But they've had road games against the middle of the conference, which South Carolina hasn't yet. That's what stands out about their schedule to me
Would South Carolina win at Mississippi State or at Bama or at Ole Miss? Probably not. We'll see about the first soon

Florida, Bama, Ole Miss, and even Auburn are mediocre, true

So you just named two mediocre teams that MSU lost to but yeah let’s just focus on the South Carolina game
Posted on 2/20/19 at 8:34 am to GatorsGators
They lost to Ole Miss at home though
I can’t keep up jumping through all these hoops man

What about ASU are they medicore?

And they beat them on the road, thus cancelling out
I'm not gonna be able to explain it any better than I did with the full run-through of schedules. TLDR, South Carolina hasn't had road games against "middle" teams.
