But look at the two losses and it's pretty clear who should go.
Rkansas was dysfunctional early at time of loss and PSU was exposed.

You must vindicate Boise then.
How are they supposed to know teams like New Mexico State are going to be the worst in the country?

Four of those wins were against subpar teams.
How many Tide wins were vs FCS or similar and subpar teams?
KSU, NTSU, Ol Piss, UTk, GSU??????????
Just sayin.

I argue OSU resume is a joke to say all their wins actually added value. Four of those wins were against subpar teams. Three were legit to be argued that they can place value on.
They beat 8 teams playing in bowl games, Bama beat 5. The highest rated bowl team for both KSU and R Kansas are playing in the Cotton.
Oh St Resume > Bama resume

What's BS is having to win 3 more games than bama to win the BCSNC ....bama once, Uga, bama again....they only have to win once....
This said, bring em on

Without LSU playing and beating Oregon and WVU so soundly, Alabama doesn't make it on the strength of a loss to LSU. Oregon goes with one loss. So I wouldn't discount LSU's strength of schedule.
Well stated.

Alabama has always and always will have a cupcake schedule compared to LSU an other schools in the SEC. That was the way Bear won and the way you continue to win. Except for that long gap from 92 - 2009 still went no where with your cupcake schedule.

DUH - Totally stupid comment. SOS is a BIG factor in helping the computers and human vote.
You guys got in because your BAMA and when you get beat you whine and want a do over and eventhough OSU did what they needed to do BAMMERS out lobbies the BCS officials.

1.) Schedules are sometimes made 10 or more years in advance. So how can you know in 2001, whether a team you play in 2011 is going to still be a powerhouse or fall apart?
10 years? GTFO. go to Alabama's schedule and search for 2021. Tell me what you see.

not winning your conference division and conference and playing in the NCG is BS

Since 1992, we've had home-and-homes with OU, PSU, and UCLA (when they weren't terrible and were actually ranked), neutral site regular season games with V Tech, Clemson, and FSU.

You're right.
We should all consider Boise a legitimate title contender. Every year.
