Jimbo is killing it in recruiting right now. He's going to get them boys coached up, he's going to get Starkel flinging that frickin' pigskin, and he won't quit until the jobs done.

What are you talking about?A&M is less than 2 hours away from Houston and the there's no other comparable city with as many CFB propects within the same driving distance from Tallahassee. Miami and Tampa are where the vast majority of blue chip prospects in Florida come from.

Must be some other reason a team from Texas has won only one title in nearly 50 years since Texas is richer in CFB talent than the south.......ain’t got a thing in the world with the sout producing 39% of three - 5 star recruits in the last 5 years while Texas produced 16%

There's been plenty NC's won by Texas talent but they played for OU,Nebraska and Arkansas

Who said Texas is richer in talent than the "south"? An
absurd statement...BTW still waiting on the source for 750 number in the NFL

What does this have to do with anything? We were comparing Tallahassee and College Station and their proximity to talent.

You come off a damn elementary aged titty baby. Worry about your own coach. If you don't like him that bitch about how he needs to be fired. Why does it matter to you if Jimbo fails or succeeds? I mean damn your pitiful.

Exactly. Tallahassee is in a much more fertile area than TAM or UT Austin

I was wrong on both....it’s actually 786 active players and the site is pro-football-reference,com

Texas is about 268,000 square miles. Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida combined are about 270,000. 585 active NFL players from the latter. 195 From Texas. The South is nearly 3 times more fertile in production of NFL players currently than Texas. But TAM is in a better recruiting location than FSU......

And by the way Miami, Tampa and Atlanta are all in the top 5 metro areas for 3-5 star recruits. Houston is not.

I never said UGA was a perineal power

Perineal - adj. referring to the perineum.

Perineum - noun. The portion of the body in the pelvis occupied by urogenital passages and the rectum, bounded in front by the pubic arch, in the back by the coccyx, and laterally by part of the hipbone. The region between the scrotum and the anus in males, and between the posterior vulva junction and the anus in females.

Top programs not from Texas have relied on its talent for decades, and elite players here are every bit as good. Jimbo is already vastly upgrading recruiting in state as well as nationally and will certainly develop the talent better than Sumlin. Uh oh. Once he has made A&M into a tougher program on both sides they will impose their will more often and win games they couldn't in the past. It will only be a matter of time before he gets his next great QB, and then they will be a contender. Don't be shocked when it happens because he knows what it takes to get to Atlanta and win and with an employer able to provide whatever he needs to make it happen. A&M came to the SEC for various reasons but one of them is to be great and realize its potential. Might as well enjoy it.

GOD DAMNIT WHY COULDN'T LSU SECURE THIS GUY?!

Because Aranda is going to be LSU's next coach, and I'm fine with that and the approach.

I hope you’re right. It would be great for college football and the SEC.

Lol, car flags? That just not a “thing” here and never has been. That’s a cultural difference like mustard BBQ. I wouldn’t read too far into that.

Lol, Permian? Permian hasn’t mattered in a loooooooooooong time.

You have all the hallmarks of a foreigner trying to judge another land by the standards of his own which he mistakenly believes are universal and based on knowledge of a bygone era that’s no longer relevant.
