What is this?

Chuck roast seared on both sides
Beef broth
Packet of ranch.
Some chopped onions if you’re into that
Jar of peppercinis or banana peppers
Crock pot it it til it falls apart.
Can put it over mashed potatoes,
Rice or shred it and slap it on a toasted hoagie roll.

Grilled possum

Honestly, you're much more likely to find that in Alabama.

Bbq armadillo is more likely in Okie.

Go to Tarahumara's while you’re in Norman!! Best Mexican place I’ve ever been to; get the pork fajitas.

Keep your nostrils sniffing for lamb nuts. Supposed to be a real
delicacy in Oklahoma , where you can get them grilled
or fried.

Drunk Indian? When I was a wee lad we traveled to Ft. Sill. I remember that smell. Also, my cousin and I chased prairie dogs all day. He was bit by one.

The native Indians would love to roast JamalMurry’s scalped corpse over a wood fire. But so would Alabama fans. So you might smell that in Tuscaloosa too. I mean, you wouldn’t. But someone would.

Been making Mississippi pot roast for about 8 years...cant go back to any other roast....I sear all sides on the black stone, then use everything you listed, plus a packet of au jus and a stick of butter.
