That depends. Do we bitch and moan and try to compare ourselves to Texas all the time?

Bama fans have been doing this with Auburn a lot lately.

So Bama is Texas's little bro too?

We've only played them 9 times, but y'all are Vandy's little bro after 40+ games.

Texas A&M has played Vandy exactly one time.

For the last couple of days perhaps, but we lead the head to head series and have also experience more recent success, so it's not applicable here.

Someone please tell me what the definition of little brother is...

The answer is auburn. Your success is defined by how you stack up to Bama.

This is your typical bama response and strongly re-enforces what most have thought for a long time and continue to do so. That bama has a delusional, irrational fan base, that the measure of their existence and success in their own minds directly depends on how the football team does. Very sad and pathetic. If Auburn's success is defined by how we stack up with bama, then how could we have ever enjoyed Natty Titles like in 2010? The REAL little brother in life is the brother that tries to make the other feel like a little brother, when in reality, they themselves define themselves by what the other does. I've lurked for a decade and never felt the need to post but after being dumbfounded by this comment, I couldn't resist.

Creates "State of Auburn" logo.

Loses the very next Iron Bowl.

Hilarity ensues.

Now that is rich considering Alabama's team is named after an accomplishment against Auburn. You were so proud to tie Auburn in 1907 that you named your team after the accomplishment. Congrats little brother.

From the horse's own mouth.

I really dont have any problem with the little brother angle the gumps love to talk about. So long as "big bro" knows he is gonna get his arse kicked from time to time. some times more often than others.

The little brother angle has little to do with football players, games or outcomes.

From the horse's own mouth.

I understand what you're trying to say, but it's incorrect. It's named after the squad that made the accomplishment, not the accomplishment, itself.
