I'd bet the house that LSU wins the "Baton Rouge Regional." Depending on the match up I think LSU winning the Super is 50/50 at best for LSU.
Right now LSU reminds me of Ole Miss' football team last fall.7-0 and look out! LSU hasn't recovered from the Auburn series. Look, Auburn has played great of late and truly deserved the win. But until the Sunday game every one knew in the SEC games after Skenes game, LSU pitching,especially relief pitching was shaky and the bats better stay hot.A lot of games were won 12-8 and such.Perfect storm, Auburn crushed our pitching and bats went cold.
Then the collapse vs State was just impossible to explain. You would have thought Johnson would have used Hoover as a camp of sorts to right the ship. Get the March and April groove back. Nope. Let's just punch the clock and go home.
I hope for these players they make it to Omaha, but its iffy at best.

Well… Arkansas was eliminated by A&M as well.
Let’s go down memory lane. Last year to be exact.
Auburn lost 3 of their final 4 SEC series, goes 0-1 in SEC Tourny. Goes to Omaha
Arkansas lost their final 2 SEC series, goes 0-2 in SEC Tourny. Goes to Omaha.
Ole Miss lost their final SEC Series and goes 0-1 in SEC Tourny. Wins CWS.
Tennessee goes 25-5 in the SEC, breezes through the SEC Tournament going 4-0. Loses in Super Regional.
So…. What’s your point???

I guess key pitchers with injuries don’t matter? shite happens! Lol look at how much money Aggies spent on their football team? How did that work out? Although baseball is just different, you just have to peak at the right time. We are hosting a regional, we will focus on that first.

LSU had injuries about like Arkansas this season.
Their issue is that Johnson hasn’t had time to stock up talent yet where DVH had guys step up and kept on ticking. Johnson will get them there.
