They also stormed their field after beating Ole Miss in 2014.

It was Kelly’s first top 10 win & we were still reeling from Orgeron unsure if we’d bounce back or go the way of Tenner after the 90s.

It’s still embarrassing, but that’s really where all our heads were at lol.

LSU has actually stormed the field twice against ole miss in the past decade.

Ole Miss is LSU’s biggest rival regardless of what the Zoomers on here say.

Well that's because LSU fans pretend that their games with Bama and UF are "historically rivalries" not realizing that they're #3 at best for both the Tide and Gators.

you mean BK 's first season when LSU had 39 scholarship players. when they weren't expected to win anything ,much less play for the SEC Championship. the same season that they beat Bama. get ready for next season. Georgia better be thankful for their cup cake schedule.

It was just the kids who had never seen anything at LSU other than covid and back to back .500 seasons

“you mean BK 's first season when LSU had 39 scholarship players.”

There was not one single game where LSU only had 39 players last year. The portal turned 3 year rebuilds into 3 days.

That game is what lead to the no more storming the field push. Its often cited by the commish behind closed doors as the last straw.

I grew up in Nola and went to LSU games regularly. I know about the rivalry when Ole Miss was good in the 60s, and I know Houston Nutt beat crappy LSU teams in 08 and 09 with Orgeron’s players.

Ole Miss is irrelevant, has been irrelevant since the 60s, and should be treated as such. They will never even the series with LSU and will turn out to be the only SECW school in the division since it was implemented to never represent the West in the SECCG. Rushing the field for that is ridiculous.

Bama had the Heisman trophy winner, the first two picks in the draft and still couldn't beat LSU. lol I would be butt hurt too. sorry about that decline. it looks real to me.
