Next year will be his 20th year in LASERS, and his third year at an OC salary. That's pretty significant for his retirement.

Yet not one example or shred of evidence provided.

Very profound dumbass.

I get a bit annoyed that he doesn't get the credit he is due. Yes, Brady is an offensive genius. That having been said I think having Coach E looking over his shoulder has improved Brady a lot.

There is much to be said for having an experienced OC bring along a young hotshot and teach them all of the day to day procedures that go into being a coordinator at any level.

Brady is still very young and not experienced with all the details of being an OC. He still has a lot to learn about the job. He will be an OC, at LSU or elsewhere, sooner than later, but this has, despite the fact some, even LSU fans, don’t get it, been a team effort between the two. Ensminger is an LSU guy, and will play what ever role Coach O needs him to play until he is ready to retire. He took the OC job because he was asked to do so, not because he wanted it. And he was the guy who first suggested hiring Brady in the first place. Obviously Brady is pleased to work with Ensminger and feels that the partnership has value to him. Otherwise he could be elsewhere soon instead of agreeing to stay.

After A&M fired Emsminger, a quarterback from Austin decommitted from them. That QB is now the NFL's all-time leader in touchdown passes.

It's sad to think that he might not have ever even been drafted if he'd played for Ensminger instead of Joe Tiller.

Who cares? Orgeron, Brady, and multiple players have said all season that Ensminger is integral to what LSU does on Offense.

Beyond that, I really don't care what his title or compensation is. You shouldn't either.

Had he stuck with A&M, he would have played for Kragthorpe, but still for Slocum.

Coach E will be a part of LSU football as long as he wants to be.

That’s pretty much all anyone really needs to know about it.

blocking a 6 man front has never changed in over 30 years because mathematics has never changed

offense dictates that

you have no clue what Ensminger has taught Brady, because you don't know the game
