So, what’s the consensus on LED lights

Since most everyone will have them next year?
1. Really Cool
2. Short term fad
3. They remind me that I cannot roller skate backwards (stolen from another board)
I’m going with fad. Cool for now, but will be tiresome in a couple of years.

Cool of used less often. Alabama used it way too much. I think beginning of game when the team comes out and going into the 4th quarter are the times to use it.

It’s probably about like a giant JumboTron, it’s alright to see it at first but not an absolute necessity in a stadium. After last night in BDS, I personally don’t see what all the hype was about.

It's more for the better lighting on the field than it is the light show. The light show is just a side effect/ability.

Combined with the piped in elephant noise, it is the gayest thing I’ve ever seen at a sporting event, and we had Lyle running things for 5 years.
