I've been apprehensive about this game. I feel like I in many ways were kind of following the 2022 path. I've been thinking loss in this one.
I think Aggy would love to play the 2022 game. Run all over us with Moss like Achane did and keep the offense off the field.

The bigger surprise to me is that the polls are still shitting on A&M. Don’t understand it

That is absolutely what we will try to do. If you have good run defense and you can force us to throw you’ll beat us. But our running backs and OL go against a pretty damn good defensive line every day in practice.
A&M is all about the running game. And stopping it. They will run it and consume clock. I think one drive yesterday we had 17 plays that consumed nearly 8 minutes. This alllows a very good defensive line to be well rested and ready to play when they see the field.
I expect the same Saturday. Whether it results in a win is another question. But it’s going to be a good game.
We will know a lot about A&M after Saturday.

Nah, in all seriousness, I trust Elko. I didn't like his debut, but I know for a fact we would've lost yesterday's game with Fisher at the helm.
I won big on State getting 21 yesterday. That was a classic trap game if there ever was one. I was a little surprised you guys struggled on offense though.
Of course, I turned around and lost half of it back on Arkansas getting 3. I figured if my night was ruined I could at least afford some gin.

That was all on Weigman's interceptions. We scored on 6 of our 7 non-turnover possessions. I was more surprised at how poorly our defense played in the first half. They really cleaned it up in the second, though, which was encouraging.

frick you
But seriously A&M is probably the toughest game we have left. I could see Bama potentially pulling off the upset. They may become the Arkansas the next few years — never accomplishing anything but always a threat to spoil your season

This seems accurate, but Bama still has the most overall talent in the country. It wouldn't surprise me if they curb stomp Missouri.

It has been a few years since LSU has won in College Station. The line doesn't surprise me.
Will be a great game. I have a bottle of bourbon on the line with an Aggie buddy. Hopefully I get the bottle.

I will watch the game with interest, I would probably expect A&M to win at home. But I’ll be damned if I would bet on it.
This matchup looks awfully even. Should be a great watch.

LSU has clearly improved over the course of the season

LSU will lose to Aggy, Alabama, and split Florida/Choklahoma. They are definitely the most overrated top 10 team. Before anyone starts crowing that Texas is overrated you can stop there. Texas lost to a very good UGA team. LSU caved to USC and barely beat South Carolina and was gifted Ole Miss by Kiffin's ineptitude.

Shouldn’t be. Load up on LSU this week

You know what's worse than barely beating someone and being gifted a game? Losing by 15 at home as 5 point favorites and coming on here and acting like a bitch about it.

LSU’s strength is its Oline. They’ve given up two sacks all year and that’s what you are worried about???

No there's worse. Losing to USC in front of a national audience.

It’s kinda cool that both teams haven’t lost since their OOC opener. I’m hoping for a great game.
Also I hate you, Geaux Tigers.

It’s because we suck. Everyone knows this.

Wow, I’m very impressed that this thread never devolved to typical Rant standards. I’m expecting a very tight game. Hope we can pull off a W.
