Was a little shocked Tua outed his dad. He might be a very good QB, but in today’s world of politically correct branding, could this hurt Tua?

Does he still whip Tua?

My dad whipped me, I wanted too kick his arse.

Just sayin.

Well if they made so much money on the house, why would his mom come on national tv and say they moved into an apartment and got a job right away?

To me that interview was set up. Feels like a coverup, she might want to be careful because crazy arse dad will beat her up.

But if they did sell there place for a ton of money I hope the bama booster enjoys their new Honolulu get away

I realize that dumbass twenty-somethings don't know how real estate works and that all transactions are a matter of public record. So there's no "if" here, kid. Like I said...some LSU fan already researched it.

Why not rent if you're only staying maybe five years...and maybe less than that if there's a chance that Tua may transfer? I get that you're probably too young to understand residential real estate and the need to stay in a home for some years before you can expect to make a profit on a sale, but it isn't fricking rocket science. Even you could probably grasp it if you could find a couple of brain cells to rub together.

Is there still little FEE SIMPLE land in Hawaii?

If memory serves, the King of Hawaii (monarchy) married his daughter off to a white sailor. Like the system in England the land that they built most of Hawaii on was LEASE HOLD land as the monarchy retained title to the land underneath (why the Royals in England are still so wealthy). Seems like at least through the 1970's (after they were admitted as a state) this lease hold was still in force.

If Tua's land in Hawaii was Fee Simple, it was probably worth 600K alone and whatever "sat" on it was just free extras. I saw about a decade ago when they tore down a 500K house built in the 70's because the lot under it was worth about 750K alone. When they rebuilt the local PVA valued the lot at 800K and the new home on top of it was another 1.2 million.

I wonder how many have had to publicly announce they're moving because the trashy fans won't leave them alone. Oh wait...NONE.

How many head coaches have assaulted an opposing player during a game? Sure, fans can be batshit crazy, but the CEO of a program?

You skipped the whole part about how you were penalized and guilty and we aren't. No surprise there at all.
