As I've already stated, and apparently have to repeat, I assumed he had "help" when I read/posted the article.

I also have already stated that I have seen people have similar gains. But it was never natural.

I know it's not possible to gain 40 lbs naturally in less than a year.

And I don't give a shite either. You can message Mickey Mariotti with OSU if you want proof. He was the head S&C coordinator when I was there.

He left with Urban.

It's all good man What is Yeldon sized at? He seemed comparable to Gurley during the SECCG.

6'2" 218 pounds.

Though I don't know if they changed his listed weight or not, I'll check, he may be up around 222.

Yeldon is listed like 6'2 215-220 maybe. I don't keep up with that too much. He may have bulked up to 225, but there just aren't many backs playing at 230. I'm not even sure why they would want to.

Jeremy Hill is listed at 6'2 225

And that was as an incoming freshman apparently

The power. If they can keep the speed and agility, why not be harder to bring down? Richardson is listed at 5'9" 230 for Cleveland.

I'm more than willing to bet Adrian Peterson is closer to 230 than anything.

That said, only some guys can make it work.

I mean if you can carry the weight it can only help when you lower the pads. Plus, picking up Clowney in pass pro seems like it might be more tolerable at 230-240 than 210-220. Well, then again frick picking up anyone like Clowney in pass pro

Nothing makes blocking Clowney tolerable. It's about trying to not look stupid or get injured

Montee Ball lost a bunch of weight and was much better. It depends on the player. 40 pounds seems like more risk than reward though.

Let's face it. These boys are bigger, stronger, and faster than ever before, for the most part. Just the name Clowney is scary as frick to me.

Quayvon Hicks is going to give Clowney the worst dead leg of his immaculate life for the split second before he gets trucked and Murray dies.
