You're the only SEC team that my Go5 school doesn't have a losing record to.

I'd rather take Virginia Tech and West Virginia if we had to expand and consider TV markets.

If you get rid of Mizz. & TA&M, who comes to the SEC. I only saw 2 options of 2 teams.

and that equals sixteen.

second, i'm not advocating getting rid of mizz. sounds like they are.

third, i'm not advocating getting rid of atm. just trying to find a way for them to find a conference that fits (and also they could start playing their rival again)

Even though the left coast is full of gays, the P12 will never accept the A&M Corp of Cadets

We have too many teams now. Why do we want to make the conference bigger?

Most salient point yet.
I say we go back to 12.....even possibly 10 for more good out of conference games.
It would be good to get back to the old:
Sec
Big12
ACC
Big10
Pac10
Big East

But if college football wants to create four leagues of sixteen, the 64 (actually 65) teams are there. There are actually eight 8-team divisions that could make sense.

Alabama’s 1986 schedule. Look at that non-conf slate. Damn.

Not my issue. That abortion of a map has us in the PAC 12.

So you wouldn’t prefer to play old rivals?

Juggernaut teams like Kansas and Illinois are more of a cultural fit and your academics would allow you on the big 10, right?

Somewhere, In That op that triggered you, is a point. Would you rather stay a small fish in the ocean (sec)?Or remain a medium sized fish in the big10?

Where you need to be going is the West division. The SEC made geographical handicaps out of your program from the moment you arrived.

that sounds like a team that needs to play with Kansas/Illinois, annually if you can’t find the right division for them in the Southeastern Conference.

Shoe-horned into the league. Don’t stop there; Boise State is looking for a p5 conference too.
