Ole Miss beats Auburn at home and now they are amazingly a great team.
While Mississippi State beats Tennessee at home holds Bray under 150 passing yards yet supposedly we "still haven't beat anybody"

I don't think anyone is saying Ole Miss is a great team. Just that Freeze has done a great job.

Being undefeated and beating two of the SEC's 5 BCS championship winning programs would make most fans pleased. Check that inferiority complex.

Most rational folks would say that State is the better team based on what we've seen. Ole Miss may give you a game because of the rivalry and could beat you because you're not unbeatable IMO. But I don't see anyone saying they're necessarily better.

Ole Miss hasn't won an SEC game since when?
State has started out good each year it seems, only to get destroyed by the better West teams.
Go figure. Beat Bama, or keep it close, and State will be respected a lot more.

Not really the case. We've been in a lot of those games, with chances to win them. We're finally getting that winning mentality.

State can prove all the doubters wrong in the next month. Ut was a good measuring stick. State is good. How good will be determined by their play vs. The big boys of the sec.

Honestly no one respects Auburn until they are beaten. USC beat us in '03 and that was their marquee win even though we were a mediocre 5 loss team. History shows this to be true.
